Refund policy

Our return policy requires that you inspect items upon delivery for any damages. Refund requests will be denied if the product has been assembled or installed. Once an order is shipped, delivered, or picked up, a 25% restocking fee applies to all returned items. Please note that accessories, toe kicks, fillers, and moldings are nonrefundable. Acceptable returns include unopened RTA cabinets in their original condition, subject to the same 25% restocking fee. It is your responsibility to ensure that your order aligns with what you ordered. By completing payment for a Buy Wholesale Cabinets invoice, you agree to these terms. Additionally, various factors may affect the estimated arrival date of out-of-stock cabinets, and we will work diligently to fulfill your order. If cabinets do not arrive on time, we will either refund the specific cabinet or arrange for a suitable replacement. Replacement requests are valid for 30 days following the receipt of your order.
